PAYMENT
Payment is due at the end of each session unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Cash, cheque, and credit cards accepted. A credit card will be required for online bookings.
CANCELLATIONS
Please be aware that 48 hours is required to change or cancel a scheduled appointment without being charged. Cancellations fee is 100% of session charge. Charges will automatically be made to the credit card on file.
FUNDING
Private insurance - If you have extended benefits through your work, or through an immediate family member's employer, you may be covered for the services of a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Please contact your insurance company to check.
First Nations Health Authority - if you meet the requirements of the FNHA mental health program, please let me know before we meet. I will assist in getting funding and provide direct billing.
BC Autism Funding - please contact MCFD Autism Support Services regarding funding. Once approved, I can offer direct billing.
SAJE - please contact MCFD SAJE regarding funding. Once approved, I can offer direct billing.
